SCC Refuses to Hear s. 87 Tax Appeals

The Supreme Court of Canada has sent a strong message that it did in fact intend to extend the application of the s. 87 tax exemption by dismissing CRA's applications for leave to appeal in the Robertson and Ballantyne cases.  Now we just have to wait to see if CRA gets the message operationally.
